Note small drop of moisture. I have encountered it every day after enjoying beautiful sunshine followed by mid 30 night temps. Run the furnace when temp inside hits 55 through the night.
Morning find the drip and wet concrete. Not steady but very slow.
As sun arrives and trailer heats up by 1pm no drip or moisture.
Checked under cabinets, fridge and closet and no sign of moisture. Anyone have similar or can chime in ... much appreciated.

Condensation?

I’d bet warm, moist air leak somewhere inside belly pan condensing on a nice cold copper pipe.

A drop or three doesn’t phase me. It’s the fine spray or incipient flood that gets my attention most times. Geysers and flooding events tend to quickly get attention from the whole family...

We won’t talk about the “exploding toilet” on the second floor of the house...that led to a super fast warranty recall of all of them by the manufacturer, and their no longer making that pressure flush system...

Thanks. That was my take.

Went from condensation to nope. City water inlet fail. In 27FB you can access through closet. A 20 minute repair- when buying new inlet valve know they don’t come with screws or gasket.
