Brown Runs--What is it??

New owner of my 'new' 1971 Overlander had me all excited this summer. I cleaned everything from top to bottom, really, really well. I TSP'd walls, ceiling, floor, everything. I made sure there were no leaks anywhere and then I painted. I put the last coat--primer and two coats--of a beautiful color on all walls and ceiling. Then, the other day it rained. There was condensation in the trailer--I was working inside where it warmed up and it was cool outside. The next day my heart sank when I noticed these brown runs on either side of the three windows on the front of the trailer from the windows to the floor. That's it, no where else. So, what is the brown stuff that is running??? I need some confidence here that I didn't buy a rag!
Thanks.

It's probably leaking around one or more of the windows, one or more of the clearance lights, front roof vent, even the tv antenna base.
BTW, from the thread title, I was expecting a more, umm, "personal" problem...

Do you have a front awning?

If yes, the alum strap that mounts to the trailer
takes alot of wind and vibration. I had a leak there.
drilled the old rivets out and put a healthy bead of caulk
under the strap. Then put washered rivets back. Stopped
that mess!

The running lights and antenna base are notorious
leakers.

Ditto....the "brown runs"....sounds like
