Alternatives to Trempro-635

After 2-3 years of exposure to Alabama humidity the Trempro caulk beads are mildewing badly in spots and I don't believe it will come off. The caulk has taken this black color permanently. I have seen this also happen with Silicones. Years ago they would put stuff like arsenic in the mix but I am sure the EPA won't allow that anymore. So what else is out there? Do they all have this problem?

SikaFlex-221 is an excellent caulking/sealing compound. We use it exclusively on our solar installs. The stuff goes on smooth and lasts for at least 10 years.

I use Simson ISR70-05, which is used in the bus manufacturing industry. It is a sealant, as well as an adhesive. This is a Bostik product and was recomended by a commercial adhesives supplier that also sells Sikaflex 221. I have used for over 10 years with very good results. Available in grey and white.
