Acryl R

What does Acryl R look like in the can? I opened a can that I have had for several years (unopened). I is not really runny. Looks too sticky to pump up through the little pump. Can I thin it with something and use it? Actually I just ordered a new can so I guess I will find out what it is supposed to look like. Question still goes on thinning it and using it.
