'72 TW battery/fridge door gaskets

Could someone tell me where I glue the gaskets on the outside doors of
battery and fridge compartments.

This is what I think:

Battery door.. on the inside well (the part that is connected to the camper.. not the door itself) on the 3 sides.. top and left and right side.. not bottom.

Fridge Door.. on the door itself.. all around

Does this sound correct? I am outside working now and need a quick 'ya or nea'...
Thank
Janie Q

Janie Q,

Where'd you get your gaskets? I bought some gasket material from an Airstream dealer and they were of very poor quality. Was just some adhesive backed foam tape that absorbs water like a sponge.

I was told to use the same D gasket that I used one all my windows and front main door. I ordered from Inland RV in California. Be sure to use the 3M black adhesive glue. Not the yellow 3M.
The foam peel and stick for the screen door and roof vents. Did 3M the roof vents but not the screen door.

Don't use the foam. Bought it the same place you got yours. It is open cell foam and performs very poorly....
