2000 Safari rear window leak ?

I've resealed the top of the rear window gasket twice with Sikaflex 221...it looks to be sealed but when I put a water hose to it (just above the rubber window gasket) it's still leaking. I'm at the point now of taking out the rear widow and resealing it.

My question is what kind of sealant should I put behind the rubber window gasket on a 2000 Safari ?

Is it the seal between the window frame to shell or window frame to glass that is giving you the issues?

If this is an emergency exit window, then it is hinged. There are gaskets that seal the "inner" part of the window that swings out to the "outer" frame that holds the window in place to the trailer. These gaskets wear out and can be replaced with a "D" shaped gasket/seal 1/2"X3/8" should work. You can check this out (if it is an fire escape window) buy flipping up the emergency handles and swinging up the window.
