Wiring MaxxFan in my 71

I'm replacing the OEM roof vent on my 71 with a MaxxFan. Removed the old vent and found the wiring harness right next to it. There are a dozen or so wires. Can I tap into any positive and negative wires in the wiring harness for a power source?

Don't know about the 71, but my 68 has 12V and 120V wires running side by side by side in various places in the trailer. The 12 Volt cable looks just like the 120 (white romex). Just a caution, but 120 would not make the new fan happy.

Here is the wires I see:
2 red and 2 white heavy wire. About #8 or #10
3 red and 3 white medium wire Looks like #12
Black, green, red, brown lighter gauge wire. Maybe #14. Running lights?
2 double strand gray wire. Maybe #12. Speaker wire?

My semi educated guess is to tap into a pair of the medium gauge red and white wires. Do you think I have the right idea?

I don't see any romex or anything that looks like 110 up there.

I can take a photo if that helps.

Thanks
