Vent Hinge repair

What do I need to do to fix this hinge?
The skylight keeps falling apart at the hinge!!

Throw it away. It looks like an aftermarket vent that is inferior to the OEM one. I would replace the whole thing but I don't know what to tell you to replace it with. It looks like it might also leak around the caulk. Remove all caulk, clean to metal and install new vent. Fantastic vents are the cats meow till it cracks. They are only $300.

Perry,
This is the original vent. I do not want to get that deep into this repair!! The seal is fine around the vent. I guess I should look for replacement parts?
