vent fans missing/not working

One of the two overhead vent fans in my '60 Overlander is missing entirely, the other has a burned out motor. I need some advice on the best econimical but effective way to replace them.
Interesting note: The original motor was made by McMillan Mfg Co
in St Paul Minn and the tag says "oil every 3 Months". I wonder if any of the previous owners ever thought of oiling the fan motors over the last 42 years.
I'm looking for a little creativity here to accomplish the goal while keeping the cost minimal so that I can sell the trailer at a fair price. See my post at:

Try Inland RV = I order a vent fan motor from them and their catalog shows complete vent fans - Ask Andy there

Thanks Winner

I have bought other stuff from Inland Andy and he has been very helpful but do I really need to buy RV fans or can I consider using modified household fans at a fraction of the cost?
