Roof vents: which appliances available?

Hello, I'm here to ask you a simply appliances' list could fix into my 3 Vintage Vents. Actually completely sealed and clogged by small square wood panel from years they need good check up and nice choice among different renovating alternative I'd like to find out. I figure out a central AC unit could be a good start but what about the so-called fantastic fans. No clear for me what are they and other solutions available for my 1959 28' Vintage Trailer.

I installed the MaxxAir vents ,They are white with a rain shield built in.

They are only 5" (127mm) high when closed . They need a 14" (355.6mm) square hole to mount them.
They have many options, I got the remote controlled units.

They have 9 fan speeds and are quieter then the Fantastic Fans.
