roof vent size USA 53 FLYING CLOUD

i,m in uk resoring a 53 flying cloud
we dont have 14 ins vents here
can anyone tell me if a 14 ins jensen will fit my flying cloud - the roof holes seem to be 13 7/8
dont want to order 3 from USA and find they dont fit
anyone who can advise or sufgeest alternative i would be most grateful
