old roof vent cover needed...

i have an old "holiday rambler" ( impossible to find info)...

it has an old ,i guess 14"sq vent 12" vent and flange....but it has a dual screw opening from either side or both...heard they are not availble....have to repalce the whole thing...

where can i buy a plastic dome cover for this...
