Need new replacement hose for bathroom fan - 1971 Globetrotter..

This is not really a plumbing question, but it is related to the bathroom...

The hose that runs from the vent in the bathroom of my 1971 Globetrotter completely fell apart when I removed it. Can anyone tell me where I can buy a replacement? Thanks!
