looking for pdf - new fan, old vent cover

i remember seeing the pdf somewhere, thinking - i need to bookmark that. i didnt. i've spent the last hour googling, searching airforums,com, jogging my memory. im looking for a pdf someone put together on how to modify the fantastic fan in order to use the old vent cover. any hints? thanks.

I really like the way it turned out and they show up very well when they're cranked up.
