Kitchen exhaust & cover missing

I purchased my 1976 Argosy 26 on Friday. On the 200 mile trip home the vent cover for the exhaust fan blew off. The PO didn't use the stove or oven so they removed the actual exhaust fan but left the cover (but it's gone too now). I'm thinking I want to put back an exhaust fan since I will use to stove but more importantly I need a new/replacement vent cover. The hole is round and is 5-3/4" in diameter. Any suggestions for both problems?
