Yep, their customer service is great. I just got around to installing my replacement interior vent shrouds. The 1998 originals were designed for a flat ceiling and eventually cracked. The new shroud is curved but when I put it in it didn't match the curve of the ceiling....After further inspection, I found 2 pieces of 2x4 jammed into the ceiling to flatten the curve to the point where the original flat shroud would look decent. I removed the 2x4s and pushed up on the ceiling and the aluminum popped back into round and the new shrouds fit perfectly.

Carol, get a semi quality "volt-ohm meter". Home Depot, Lowes, Radio Shack should be able to help you. Don't get the cheapest, but you don't need the top of the line. Digital is good for most everything. I bet other's will point you in what you need to know with your full timing. You'll be surprised how often you'll be using it, like checking your TV plug or battery or light switches or even checking continuity in a faulty fuse. Then practice with it, AC hot is usually the small slot in the AC plug and a black wire, AC neutral is usually the bigger slot in the AC plug and a white wire and shouldn't have very many volts on it to aluminum, AC ground is usually green and the odd round slot in the AC plug.
