Service from Fantastic fans has been excellent!!
Even when my vent position motor quit, the replacement
was free.
That's what I call a reputable company!!!!
One that deserves our business!!!!!

I think this was effective back in December of last year....

"Penny Milks, president of Fan-Tastic Vent, stated, "We have chosen to sell to Atwood as they hold to the same high standards as Fan-Tastic regarding customer service and quality, and the two companies together will bode well for the RV industry.""

Obviously Penny Milks never bothered to actually do a little digging to see what consumers actually thought of Atwoods "Customer Service".....just saying.

i see that fan-tastic now carries a two year warranty. has that changed from the past?

the last inquiry to atwood about a fried wire inside a water heater unit was never replied to when i sent the requested pictures.

I will say that I thought I was having a problem with one of my FFs in the trailer a couple of weeks ago (there are 3, rain sensor models). They were installed by the PO several years ago. When I called customer service about my "problem" the guy was all set to send me a new motor, no questions asked about when I purchased them etc. In the end I told him to hold off because I wanted to check something before I had them mail the motor to me. I was able to resolve the problem, but I was very impressed with their service. They guy gave me his name and said when I called to ask for him and he would get me squared away. I that that was pretty cool. Hope it doesn't change over time.

Used to be "lifetime" before. Anything broke; they usually sent a replacement at no cost.

Price isn't everything. I would gladly pay more for quality and after sale service. I have bought far to many items based on price only to be disappointed later.
