Exhaust Fan

Does anyone know how to repair (or what might be wrong with) the ceiling 'exhaust' fan in the bathroom of my Excella 500...?
It is round with a wooden 'cross member' handle that you twist to open it and a fan comes on....EXCEPT my fan doesn't come on now....

???
There's a new fan on a new(er) trailer called the "Casita", that's an 'option'...called the "FANtastic Fan" (exhaust fan)...anyone know if this is available on the general market --- or just on the Casita?
