Changing roof vents to fan vents

I have a powered fan in my 76 Argosy. I want to add them to my 84 Sovereign. Does anyone have any experience in changing them? Is there wiring already in place near the openings? The schematic in the manual indicates there should be a fan/light combo but I don't have them.

You can always add a fan if there is a light there already. The lights run off 12V as well. Computer fans run off 12V and I have thought of putting a couple in the vent opening to create some airflow. I don't like the plastic frame replacement vents. They will crack and leak at some point.
