'74 Sovereign - Stove Vent

Over my stovetop is the gauge system for the tanks, etc. Directly attached to the bottom is the cooking vent system, but with no apparent way to rove and clean! How do I do thst?

There are a couple of screws that hold the screen in place. They are on the sides, not on the bottom or in the screen.

Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy, and taste good with ketchup.
