1961 roof vent pipe stack

Hello,
Two of the roof vents in my '61 Overlander, (bathroom sink and black water tank) are vented via 2" OD pipe through two of these potmetal flange thingys. They are attached to the roof by two sheet metal screws. I want to say they are original, as there are only the two screw holes in the roof. Each potmetal flange was bedded in lots of old butyl. The hole in the center of the flange is oval and doesn't fit snug around the pipe. I have not found anyone else so far that has had this type of vent set up.

Can anyone suggest the best approach for re-installing these without leaks? Or should I just scrap them and buy a set of the more common tee pee or metal hat type....thanks!!

I have the same ones on my 65 overlander, which I removed and wire wheeled and painted silver. Before reinstalling,I sealed with Trempro 635& also sealed around flange after installing.
