Well the bathroom window is the one that is opened and closed the most to dry the place out.

And a big/heavy window on top of that, in most cases.

By the ware marks in the track I would guess the pin is not plastic.

This is one of the tracks that works. I could not get to the one that is broke with the camera. I am just trying to show the piece that is suspect. I will try to pop that widow out today and see what is broke.

Perry.

You can see the back side of the "pin" in your photo.

The white or black nylon piece, is nothing but a slide, since the round pin engages the round holes that you can also see.

The pin, is what is worn out.

I can probably put in a new pin. It looks like it is riveted in there either that or it is pressed in.

That pin is pressed in.

Perry it may be as simple as slightly rotating the pin so an unworn edge engages the hole. Depends on if it was machined with a slope.

That pin has a flat surface that protrudes from the window lift arm. No taper at all.

I will see if it will rotate when I get back to the office.

Ok well the problem is fixed. The pins were frozen in the Nylon block so they would not engage the track. Also the handles were bent such that they were holding the pins away from the tracks. Bending the handles toward each other made it possible to push the pins into the holes in the track after I lubed everything with spray lithium grease. It is hard to get to the handles in the center bath because the window is behind a mirror and it is very narrow in there. I need to lube the rest of my windows. I think this trailer sat neglected for the last few years. I think if it sat another 5 yrs it would have been info the full Monte Restore. I think I saved the old girl just in time.

Great.

Yes, it's always wise to keep parts lubed with silicone spray.

Saves many headaches.
