I cannot get the windows to open. I slid a credit card between the window and seal as I was advised on the walk around. I have opened latches and turned downward so there is no obstruction for opening but I am not able to move the levers that appear to be the mechanism to open window. Is there something that really is to be turned to move the window open?

Try from the outside. Use the corner of the credit card to slip under the edge of the glass.
There should be nothing other than the 2 things you have checked that are stopping them. Make sure that you are sliding the card between the glass and the seal.

Ok I'll give that a try. Do I try to pull the window open from the outside after sliding the card between glass and seal?

You should be able to. Make sure you start up as high as you can reach and slide the card down to the bottom and along and up again. You should then be able to pry the edge up.
Tried the card method again. WORKED. I had not pushed the card far enough between the window and the seal to completely release the seal. I'm going to check into the window popper device. Thanks.
I have a 2015 trailer. The window seals are notoriously sticky. I use silicon spray on a rag to wipe down the seals a couple of times every season. After that they open easily from the inside. For a while.
We don't open ours too often and they do tend to stick even though I use a protectant like 303 on the gaskets.
I just keep a large suction cup (From Harbor Freight) with vacuum release and they easily pull open from outside when needed. Once opened they are fine to open/close for the rest of the RV trip.
