Are you getting "air in" leakage?

Maybe it's from the FLA cold weather

I would just use masking tape around it and force caulking into it.

Seal

I have not really checked to see if it leaked but I did notice that it shrunk up some.I also noticed they put some of the black sealer in between some areas but these dont have it.

Thinking out loud here, but I wonder. When we make O-rings we bond the ends with a Loctite Super Glue (404) I wonder if that would do the trick if you can warm the rubber up enough to move it back together.

I have done some glass replacement on old cars, we used to use a black gooey substance that came in a tube. I wonder if black RTV sealant would work? Maybe email Airstream Tech support about it, they seem to come up with some decent repair ideas.

that photo looks just like every safety glass window mounted in 2 piece rubber gaskets i have ever seen.

the inner rubber with the gap is what holds the window in place, the outer rubber makes the "frame" and does the sealing.

if it bothers you i would use some good grade of black rtv to fill it, or just leave it be as it will expand again when it warms up.

Temps

I was also thinking it would do that also when it warms up but I thought I would ask just in case it would be better to be safer than sorry in the future.I had seen the black rtv stuff in walmart but did not purchase it just in case everyone had said said otherwise.Thanks.
