Window Replacement...need help quick

Got a call from my brother. First time out with his new '94 Limited trailer and the window to the left of the door exploded. They had just gotten parked and were opening windows.

We are in Massachusetts...
1. Is this covered by 100% glass typical on vehicles?
2. Where do you get the window replaced? Dana Systems?

That is an Airstream part. Fixed or opening window?
Opening windows as follows, Large (approx 40" wide) Medium (approx 30" wide) Small (approx 20" wide) All the same height. Tempered glass, if it's an opening window it is available as "glass only" and will come with all hardware attached...5 minutes to change out.
