Window lift arm question

I have a window lift arm where the grey lift grasp on the end keeps coming off. It has a small threaded insert but no screw down plug to tighten. Usually it would be a small allen screw to tighten securely. All my windows have the same insert but no screw to tighten? Anyone know why?

How do you keeps these from falling off? Thanks.

Gene

I looked and actually have set screws in each handle.

Thanks for checking. I thought I did too. There is a little threaded brass insert, but no set screw. I went to Home Depot and picked up set screws that fit, but when I tighten them, the insert starts to pull out.

I mentioned this on another thread. Apparently all newer trailers do not have the set screws.
