Window Leak, All I Need is a Goldfish

84 Excella 34, Large stationary window, half inch of water is accumulating inside the dual pane, I'm going to remove and replace the caulk, hopefully, that will solve the problem, any suggestions on how to drain the water out, is there any other way water is getting in? Thanks for the help.

Can you get to the bottom to (hopefully) poke a small hole in the caulk to let the water drain out? It may take a while (days), but it should work.
