Window Leak

Fixed window over galley has slow leak and broken mounting screw cap (See 6 photos* attached). Suggestions on best ways to fix leak and find / replace plastic screw cap? This for a 2005 AS Interstate Mid Bath / rear lounge.

The leak appears to be coming form the top of the window. There are some signs of possible rust on the window frame above where the water drops seem to come from.
There are 4 phillips head screws near the four corners of the window. These screws have plastic seats and snap caps. One of the snap caps is missing (it looks like it maybe broke off). Where can you get replacements for these black plastic screw caps / seats? The window assembly OEM is out of business and the only replacement supplier I could find so far no longer sells the window assembly or associated parts.

*For some reason, this website rotated the photos upside down or sideways. Not sure if there's any way to edit the photo rotation on this website.)

Not sure what the function of the screws are. Do they just help position the window? Hold it in place? Allow for pressure adjustment on the gasket behind and sandwiched between the window and the RV exterior sheet metal body? The screws penetrate the blacked out portions of the window. They seem to be fastened through window at least penetrating into the Sprinter body.
