Window frame removal/install

I must remove the large rear window, frame and all on my Tradewind 25, need some help on what to use when replacing the frame.
Can Valkem be used alone as a seal between the frame and the skin, or is there a special seal I should use?

Jim,
There is a tape type sealant in there too. I used a butyl tape when I reinstalled my new Vista View. It is a gray sticky tape, you put that around the edges of the opening with a bead of vulkem on it. Then after the window is riveted back in you seal around the edges of the frame with Vulkem, Parbond or Arcryl. All of which are available from Airstream.com
