What to do with the screw holes?

Hi, I am working on 64 Safari. One of the windows frames had separated at the corners and a previous owner screwed a plexiglass cover over the whole window to hold it together. They installed screws all around the window to hold the plexiglass. I intend to get the window frame welded. What can I do with all the screw holes?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Joe,

Couldn't the welder just weld up the screw holes at the same time he welds the corners of the frame? Should be easy enough.

Brian.

Simply put Olympic rivets in the screw holes.

Has anyone tried this product, Alumaweld? I have not yet tried it, but I keep this in my notes.

Aluminum repair kits, repair any aluminum metal by welding with a Propane Torch - Alumiweld

I wonder if the holes can be filled and then lightly filed, and then sanded, or something to this effect. Don't want to hijack this thread, but interested in a comments from someone who has tried this product.

Put the screws back with dabs of Sikaflex 221 before and after.
