What is it? See Photo

Almost all of the windows in my 1980 31' Excella II have these small translucent "pebbles" between the panes, stuck to the seal around the edge, all the way around. They are 2 colors white and pink.
Im clueless..............

That material is "silica gel."

It's purpose is to suck up and retain any moisture, as well as keep the space between the two panes, reasonably dry.

It is what Andy said Silica gel or so called a desiccant. If it is pink in color it has absorbed about as much moisture as it can. You can dry it out in and oven which will make it turn clear or blue depending on what type of desiccant it is. The beat way to use it is to put it in a little bag an place it where you dont' want moisture. You can dry it over and over. It really never wears out. I bet on a hot day with direct light on the windows those pink gel's turn white when they dry out.
