Tide Pen to clean Oceanair bug spots?

I've searched the forum and can't find this:

Has anyone tried to clean spots off the white Oceanair shades with any sort of fabric-cleaning pen? Like a Tide spot-cleaning pen. Or other spot remover?

Some spots are from killing mosquitoes/flies (dumb, I know now!). Some could be from food grease.

Soap and water does nothing...
