Airstream Customer Service is tops for us as well. We had a loose door hinge allowing leakage and faulty (corrosion) clearance lights. My dealer said they do not cover corrosion or door adjustments after 90 days.
A call to Airstream Customer Service, they asked for a photo, then offered to authorize the dealer to replace them and do any repairs as a good will gesture. I said they were far away and I did not care to deal with them again, so they asked if there was a nearby RV repair shop. As I was going on a trip east through Ohio anyway, we agreed on a stop to have the factory Service Center take care of it. And they did, plus a few extras, and "allowed" us to buy some goodies at the factory store.
We also took the factory tour, went in trailers being built, and chatted with workers. Couldn't have been more impressed.
Very happy with our Airstream and the company.
