plastic? screening easier to work with than aluminum also much easier to stretch for tight fit

Black Nylon

I went with Black Nylon (invisible) for two reasons:

1.) Its easier to see through. (Do a search on the 'net for "invisible screens".)

2.) Aluminum is a bugger to work with on the flimsy AS frames. Also problems with asymmetrical stretching.

Please post how the job went and any tricks you discovered after you finish.

I always use Bronze screening on my Airstreams.

Black nylon and I put the mesh with the screen in place on the AS... them things are curved and they don't work right if you put the mesh in with the frame flat. If I were really intelligent I would build a curved jig to make life simple.
