Removing Vintage Hehr Swingout Panes

I am working on a 1963 Bambi. Weather in these parts kind of has several outdoor projects shut down, however I am wondering if it is possible to "pop out" the swing out window panes and bring them into the garage and replace the gray plastic glazing strips.

I seems like if just the right steps are followed, these panes could be removed, without drilling out the entire window frame.

I have seen several threads for cutting and replacing the glazing strips, but they begin with the panel already out of the frame. Is there some step by step process to remove this part of the old windows?

I tried on my '61 and always had to drill off one of the outermost eyebrow rivets and remove the screw in the TDC of the window pane surround. On my current project I just drilled off every rivet and yanked the whole assemblies out.
