removing old vulkem

What are you folks using to remove the old vulkem around windows and doors? Goo Gone, Oops!, and Goof Off have provided almost zero results

We used a sharpened popsicle stick & scraped it out.

Ditto! The popsicle sticks worked better than any solvent I tried.

Or a plastic scraper, stiff enough not to bend, but not so hard that it scratches. We found an ice scraper that works well.

Of course, y'all who are south of the Mason-Dixon line may not get enough winter to have ice scrapers in your stores...
If it's to be, it's up to me.
