Removing JBWeld metal sealer from exterior??

I'm sure someone else has had to do this already. The PO must have tried to stop a leak by sealing both the vista and lower windows entirely with JB Weld (liquid steel) sealant. Looking for guidance on the best way to remove this stuff without damaging the aluminum skin. Thanks!

(hopefully I attached the photo correctly)
