removing interior window frames

Don't laugh please. Total newbie. Just bought a 73 Argosy and trying to figure out how to remove interior window frames. How do I remove the handle of the lever that raises and lowers the windows? Or...is there something I'm missing on how to remove the screen and frame? Seems pretty simple to remove screws, but I can't figure how to get it away from the levers.

Should be a set screw on the bottom use an allen wrench. Back the screw off a couple of turns then slide the knob off.
