Proper gasket material to rebuild stack windows?

Can anyone confirm the proper thickness and gasket product to use when rebuilding these stacks? They are out of a 77 sovereign.

It appears there are two gasket products used:

1) between the frame and the outer glass panel
2) between the outer glass panel and the inner plexiglass panel

Well, I used butyl tape when I rebuilt mine. You might have to get creative. The idea is to maintain the pressure on both the inner and outer seals. I ended up by applying black Sikaflex on the outside to act as a gasket.
