Plastic Window Knobs or Crank

We have a 2010 16' Sport. The plastic window knob or "crank" (triangle shaped piece of plastic) broke on our most recent trip. It looks as though the teeth on the inside of the knob are stripped. Frankly I have no idea why they put cheap plastic knobs on when you consider the price of an airstream.
Anyways, I am wondering if there is an aftermarket metal knob that I can replace it with? Or am I stuck getting a bunch of the plastic knobs and replacing them over time?
