Painting Windows???? Bathroom fixtures??

Hi! I am working on a 75 Sovereign 31ft. It was in good original shape when I bought it last year. I've made some interior changes, but not a lot - I want to keep it as original as possible. My question has to do with my side windows, on either side of the door. The Windows on the door side of the camper look terrible from the flaking film inside of them. I know that they CAN be taken apart and cleaned out, but that TERRIFIES me! The Windows are in great shape otherwise. My daughter had the idea of using the glass paint that people use on restaurant and store windows, especially around the holidays, to paint murals/scenes. My camper is sedentary, and the two Windows that are really bad are now covered with the roof of our covered deck. Has anyone ever tried anything like that?? I know it's not permanent, so I guess I could try it and see!! Any ideas of a good design??

Also, what kind of paint could I use to paint the original bathroom sink/counter???
