New seals for windows

Hi,

I am new to this and need some expert help. We have a 1976 Safari. It is in pretty good shape, but we are planning on taking a trip to Alaska this summer and would like to do a few things to "beef" things up.

we want to replace the window and door gaskets. We are looking for an Airstream dealer or service place to do this. Anyone know approximately how much this should cost and/or who would be able to do this.

I know probably any RV place could do the job, we just want to make sure that the materials used are proper for the Airstream and that we don't get ripped off.

If you are in the Midwest, I can recommend Ace Fogdall RV in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I have trusted both my '64 Overlander and '78 Minuet to them for all service and repairs since the mid-1990s. Everyone that I have had contact with at Ace Fogdall has been very helpful and Vintage friendly. In the time that I have done business with Fogdalls, they have done everything from basic service (wheel bearing packs/brake repairs) to repairing some rear end separation on the Airstream to installing a new axle on the Minuet and new ZipDee awnings on the Overlander - - I have always been very well satisfied with their workmanship in every repair.
