Need a replacement part for this. . . . .

We are renovating a 69 Globetrotter. Does anyone know where we can find a replacement for this (photo attached, I hope). It's the doohickey that surrounds the thing that allows the window to be opened from inside the screen. All of them are in this condition.

The trailer is in pretty good condition - exterior is great and the interior original. It hasn't been licensed for 20 years. I think it was a find, but needs some work. You've heard that before.
