How to find missing pieces of a Hehr frame ?

I have a 1963 Bambi. The front window has a small crank window on each side and the center pane seems to be fixed. Somewhere along the way a PO decided to remove the front center pane and install a home AC unit.

Pieces of the frame seemed to have been removed to fit the AC unit, and trying to decide if the window can be rebuilt. The side dividers are held in with only silicone, but do seem to allow the side windows to close and somewhat seal.

The window had a serial number
HEHR C129911023185395

It looks like at a minimum, before glass can be installed in the center I need a top rail of some kind, and the proper side rails.

Is there some kind of exploded diagram for this module or some other way to figure out what's missing ?

Can you provide a picture or 10 to show what parts you have and don't have. I have rebuilt/resized/refurbished many of these windows and will try to point you in the right direction!

These side pieces allow the side windows to seal when closed. This pic shows one side piece removed and proped in the opening

Seems I may have stumped the forum. That tells me I may be barking up the wrong tree

so I have been doing some more thinking. It has bothered me that the exterior "side pieces" are held in with siliçon, and the interior "side pieces" are pop rivited in. The silicon was oviously after-the-fact and pop rivet construction may be beneath Hehr construction standards.

From the inside the side cranks and bottom latches work fine for the side wings, but are in the same place as my street side conventional large single pane swing-out windows. I am beginning to think, this window was never ment to have two small side wings, but was originally a large single swing out.

I have seen only one pic of the front window of a 61-63 Bambi (1961), and it has a large single pane that swings open

Anybody seen a front window with a fixed center pane and two swinging wing windows ?

Anybody seen a Hehr frame assembled with pop rivets ?

Is the Hehr numbering system a model number (the same for every window with the same dimensions & characteristics) or is a serial number (sequenced and unique to the window )

My two street side windows with a single swing-out pane, are both 30 3/8" across the bottom, and both seem to have the same number ending in 5291

While my from window is 40 7/8 a cross the bottom and ends with 5395

Does that number tell me what the frame looked like when it left the factory ?
