Front Window Support arm

Hi folks. The front window left support arm has come loose from the window bracket. It appears to be a washer and a locking clip ring (pls let me know the proper name) has come loose, but wanted to make sure it isn't something else before I pull to right one apart. Is it just a washer and a clip or something specific to the support arm?

I plan to replace the plastic 3-step window holders (they are falling apart), so I'll need to remove the support arms anyway.

I'd like to have a few backup parts in hand before I pull the attached support arm off the window. These things have a way of disappearing on me...
