Front Window Question

Has anyone done any work on thier front window, the large one in-between the wing windows.
I have a haze like substance that is between the inner and outer panes. I am considering just taking that one to the glass installer locally and having the glass removed and replaced with a new single pane. Its flat glass so I don't know if there would be a problem.
Mine is a 75 and just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this and what the solution was.

Asking again?

Well, if you don't have an answer on the top ost then how about this, does AS place a solid window there now or is it still a double pane window?

There isn't to much aboutthis window that I could find in the forum anywhere. If you know of a thread that discusses this please point it out.

Try searching with "Vista view" as they have the same problems as your front window.

Just remove the inner pane of glass or plastic as the case may be.

You can then scrape off the mylar film that is on the inside, of the outside glass.

There would be no need to replace the outer glass.

A glass shop probably could not be of much help to you.
