front window adjustment

I have a 96 Excella 1000. The front window leaks around the seal at the lower corner, street side. Liquid then collects in the corner of the window frame and then seeps inside down the front wall. Leveling of the trailer reduces the problem.

What is the correct way to adjust the window pressure on the seal? How much pressure is required? Other ideas?

The obvious is to replace the seal.
A quick and dirty temporary fix would be to reduce the gap by taping the aluminum contact surface with electricians tape.
Or you could tape the window closed with aluminum colored duct tape.

A new seal is best. In the interim, clean the old seal with alcohol, and spray with silicone spray.

I noticed that Andy@InlandRV recommends spraying silicone on the seals periodically as a normal maintenance issue.
