Cutter window leaks

Hello to all, the window in my bedroom leaks. I thought the problem was a leak on the outside but it is on the inside. Water is filling up in the pane glass channel and spilling over onto the interior wall. I noticed two slits on the underside of each window on the outside frame of the window unit and was wondering if these might be drain slots for the windows? Could the problem be as simple as a plugged drain? I have removed the window and replaced the warped wall on the interior. I had previously sealed around the outside of the window with a good silicone sealant so I am sure the leak is not around the frame. Can anybody advise on the window itself and what I might try to do with it. Can I disassemble the window and clean it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time, Jack

You shouldn't use silicone on an Airstream. Vulcum or Trempro is what you should use. What year is you AS? Maybe if you post the year, someone with the same year can answer your question about the drain holes, we have a 72 and I don't see any drain holes in the frames.
