cost of replacing all windows

I am thinking about buying a 1978 AS for my daughter. The one we looked at looks great except that mostly all the windows are oxidized. It has the "overhead vista" windows also. I think it is called the "land yaht" ?? Can anyone tell me how much it would cost to have someone replace all the windows. We live in midle Tennessee & would need to have it done nearby, hopefully near Nashville. Has anyone got info on this? Also, a lot of the tambour panels look like they need a redo. If we had the materials, I thinkwe could manage that. Also wondering how much that would cost, the materials. Thanks for any help. Please send any replies directly to me at sommardahlis@aol.com

Lightbulb First off, welcome to the Forums Pearl!

You will find all kinds of info here that can help you assess the repairs you may be facing. Someone will probably chime in that can better help with your specific 70's questions. However, you can find related info in the archives by using the 'search' function. Try keywords like 'Vista View Windows', 'Dual Pane Windows' and 'Tambour Doors' for starters ~

I believe I read that an Airstream dealership has opened in Cookeville, TN. You might look them up.
