I need to find or make new screens for all the windows in my 68 GT. Stock screen frame material isn't easy to bend to match the curved windows. Anyone have a source for thinner screen stock> Source for replacement screens? Advice on how to bend the screens?
Failing all of the above, could someone post a picture of the screen on a corning window so I can see what I'm looking for?

do you need the frames to bend, or the filetted window corners?
Just a thought, you could have flat stock laser, or water jet cut out of sheet material...I have no idea what the would cost, and you would need to figure out the screen attachment, but one option for curved geometry.
Because of the design it was not possible to find the frames so I built one. Came out really nice. I used a standard screen kit, used 1" aluminum flat sheet stock. I cut to fit and drilled through one side and attached with 1/8" rivets. It fit flush with new catches and looks great. Inexpensive way to go-about 35.00 max. Hope it helps.

Here are a few photos of my rear screen. I used 1/8" rivets through one side of the screen and through the flat stock to provide solidity to the structure overlapping the corners. Hope the photos help.
I can see how this works for the flat windows, but what about the curved side windows? I tried bending the screens the someone had screwed to the window frames, but it didn't follow the curve very well.
